This Privacy Policy explains how Blerta (the "App"), operated by Khalid Malallah, a salon booking and local retail brands aggregator based in Kuwait, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Data Privacy Protection Regulation (DPPR) issued by the Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) of Kuwait under Decision No. 26 of 2024, relevant cybersecurity guidelines, and principles aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, to the extent applicable.

This policy applies to all users of our App, including those accessing it from Kuwait or internationally. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Contact and Location Data: Address and geolocation (with permission).
• Booking and Transaction Data: Booking history, preferences, and payment details (processed by third-party providers).
